Introduce or reacquaint yourself with the principles of Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest holistic medicinal systems, for optimal health and wellbeing. This short workshop will review the three doshas, what they are, what they are like in and out of balance, and ways to notice when one is out of balance. When we feel out of balance, it is difficult to feel like ourselves, and we will review Ayurveda principles around causes of imbalance and some simple ways to restore yourself to center.
No experience needed. Questions are encouraged, please bring your curiosity!
