Fall Yoga & Ayurveda Rejuvenation Retreat Registration

Every participant must complete this form and submit their $300 deposit to register, even if registering as a double. If you are registering as a double with another person, please indicate their name in the appropriate field below. Once you have completed this form, you will be directed to the payment page for the deposit. You may add two deposits to your cart at check out if you only wish to pay once for two people on one reservation (make sure to indicate who you are paying a deposit for in the notes).

Save $100 off the single or double rate if you pay in full at registration! ($100 for single $50/pp for double.)

Want to come, but don’t have a roommate? You can register for Care Bear Cove, Cow Bell Village, or Red Barn Place and we’ll find you a roommate.

Your remaining balance will be due June 30, 2023. If you are paying in full, please pay the $300 deposit and email Angelina for separate link to pay your remaining balance for the room you have chosen. If you would like to pay with an alternative method of payment, please email Angelina to make arrangements after completing this form.

Cancellation/Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Payment installments are non-refundable after being paid unless your spot can be filled by another person and will be less the $300 deposit and a $50 transaction fee. No refunds are guaranteed. Cancellations received after August 1, 2023 will receive no refund.
