Take time this fall to replenish on this 2 night stay to an eclectic, and slightly rustic space where you will be nurtured by nature, Ayurvedic food, good company, and time for self-care.
Fall is the time when slowing things down and nourishing our body is extremely beneficial. It helps us draw in to find what nurtures us deeply and sets us up for a more robust response to the effects of winter.
During this retreat we will slow things down with rejuvenating yoga practices in the morning, meditative slow movements in the evenings, and taking time to nourish from within.
Registration includes
- Four yoga classes
- Ayurvedic cooking class on Sunday
- Workshop on fall self-care practices on Sunday
- Picnic lunch on Saturday in Shenandoah National Park
- Dinner on Saturday and Sunday
- Breakfast Sunday and Monday
- Beverages (non-alcoholic drinks including coffee)
- Accommodations
- Transportation from the retreat to Shenandoah on Saturday morning
- Wood stove sauna and dipping pool
- Access to the entire retreat grounds and all the buildings

- Transportation to and from the retreat
- Yoga Mats and Props
- Massages and treatments
Yoga teachers will receive 10 CEUs with Yoga Alliance if they attend the yoga classes, cooking class, and workshop.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received before August 1, 2022 will receive a refund less a $300 deposit. Cancellations received after August 1, 2022 will receive no refund unless the room can be filled in which case a refund less $300 deposit will be processed. No refunds are guaranteed.
If the retreat must be cancelled due low attendance or any other factors, a full refund will be processed.
