Private cooking instruction is perfect for you if cooking isn’t your jam but you want to figure out what tools are best to have in your kitchen and how to use them. Included are two recipes custom designed for you and what your goals for cooking are.

Not everyone lives in a climate where there are four distinct seasons. It is, however, important to honor the climate we live in and adjust our diet and lifestyle to coordinate.

This option allows you to have your own cleanse based on where you live and the seasonal transition you are experiencing. The seasonal cleanse is a “mono diet” consisting of kitchari, rice and lentil dish spice specifically for the season, with seasonal vegetables. There are multiple options for participating including the option to purchase spice packs and lentils to be delivered to your home prior to the cleanse.

Individual cleanses are provided for those who have had an Ayurveda consultation within six months with Angelina. These cleanses included specifically designed spice blends for your individual constitution and goals.

The transition between seasons can wreak havoc on our nervous system causing allergies, sluggishness, dry skin, or other effects depending on what season we are transitioning into. These seasonal cleanses are offered four times per year based on the four seasons in the northern hemisphere, generally in March, June, October, and January and run for five days.

Accountability can be a great way to make sure new habits take hold instead of slipping into old patterns. Follow-up appointments can be 30 to 90 days after your initial consultation to check-in and see if the plan is working or may need some shifting to better suit your lifestyle.
