Angelina’s Ayurveda Kitchen: Winter Cooking Class was wonderful! Her instructions were clear and her pacing was precise. Cooking two hearthy vegetable dishes and a batch of delightful cookies in two hours was easily accomplished with Angelina’s step-by-step explanations and demonstrations. In addition to teaching how to prepare the recipes, she shared why particular foods are eaten during each season and how they affect the body. I learned a lot, had fun, and enjoyed delicious meals.
